Here at DBJ Home Inspections, Inc. we are so confident in our inspections that we are willing to GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION 200%! What this means is that if at the end of the inspection you are not completely satisfied with everything your inspector has done for you, just let him know and you won't pay for the inspection and we will pay another inspector of your choosing to re-inspect the home for you!
There are a few easy to meet conditions for this guarantee to be valid and they are listed below:
1. Buyer must be present throughout the entire inspection.
2. The inspector must be informed at the completion of the inspection that the buyer is not satisfied, the reason why and that they would like to take advantage of the 200% guarantee.
3. This guarantee applies to the full home inspection only, no ancillary services.
4. A check to pay for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company in their name for their inspection fee up to 100% of our original home inspection fee amount.
5. The re-inspection must be completed by an inspector of your choice who is (a) licensed in the state of Florida, (b) Certified by InterNACHI and (c) carries E&O insurance.
